This package includes the LLC formation and a federal tax ID number but does not include an operating agreement.

Trademark Registration Application, including Office Action Responses - $650 + USPTO filing fees
This package includes a federal USPTO search, the trademark registration application, and responses to all office actions for an unopposed mark. If a mark is opposed and you wish to pursue it, our regular hourly rate will apply for dealing with the opposition proceedings.
Trademark Registration Application - $400 + USPTO filing fees
This package includes a federal USPTO search and preparation of the TM application. Our hourly fee will apply to Office Action Responses.
